These Terms of Service govern access to the Kairo Dynamics website and platform. Kairo Dynamics is a product of KairoAI Systems LLC and is offered as subscription-based software for B2B teams.

Access to the Kairo Dynamics platform is provided by subscription or other approved onboarding arrangements. Customers receive access to a web-based software platform that delivers company insights and prioritization signals derived from publicly available business data, such as job postings.

Customers are responsible for using the service in compliance with applicable law, their internal policies, and these terms. KairoAI Systems LLC may update, suspend, or limit access to protect the integrity, security, and lawful operation of the platform.

Kairo Dynamics provides software-generated insights and workflow support. It does not provide legal advice, investment advice, or raw data brokerage services.
